Our founder and owner, Renee Mack-Mitchell, built an organization that values long-term health and happiness.

Meet Our Founder
Renee Mack-Mitchell
Renee Mack-Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of Royal Treatment Hair Restoration Center. She has been a Master Instructor for over 20 years, and as a salon owner she spent over 28 years transforming people with her high-quality skills and professionalism.
Renee's talent abounds as a published author, and she serves on several prestigious boards, including the Oklahoma City Adventure District and RKR Inc. Renee travels locally and globally, conducting hair shows and training across Oklahoma and beyond. In addition, she has been welcomed as a motivational speaker and Master Instructor at institutions including Metro Technology Centers.
Vivacious in spirit, Renee is devoted to creating a new generation of stylists that not only succeed but excel in this industry. Her mission is to edify, equip and motivate each person who crosses her path, cultivating and aspiring beauty professionals’ passions into thriving business owners, thus creating a lifetime of freedom and wealth.
Renee has a loving and supportive family, including a wonderful husband, Sterling Mitchell Jr., four talented children, and two beautiful grandchildren.
